She holds an LL.M., MBA, and LL.B., and has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh since 1999. She has held senior roles at Fox Mandal and Kochhar & Co. (as Senior Partner – Resident) and founded Legal Matrix, later merged with Kochhar & Co. She has advised MNCs, IT firms, banks, and manufacturing companies on M&A, joint ventures, leases, and cross-border transactions, and regularly appears before the High Court, District Courts, Labour Courts, and RERA.
